Check the final order details and total before submitting payment through Sepio Guard. If the price or terms differ from what you expected, pause and contact Fortress before purchasing.

Keep your confirmation handy
Save your purchase confirmation and membership documents. Follow the provider's instructions for obtaining your membership card, check your effective date, and share the assistance information with your family.

Two ways to pay
The $525 membership fee is per person. Choose a $525 one-time payment in full, or a $525 membership agreement financed over a 12-month period. With financing, only the first monthly payment is required to enroll. Lifetime membership is subject to the applicable agreement. Enrollment and payment do not by themselves confirm that services are effective. Review the financing charges, payment terms and effective-date requirements with Sepio Guard before purchasing.
Fortress Insurance & Benefits Group offers and markets the membership; Sepio Guard provides and coordinates qualifying services. Review your payment choice on Sepio Guard's website. This Fortress inquiry form does not select a payment plan or enroll you.
